This year we decided to try a low carb diet and walk on the treadmill .  Little by little we added more speed, mileage, and time as we got in shape.

Bob spent a lot of time upgrading the motorhome with lots of goodies we needed an.  The biggest thing was adding bigger holding tanks.  He also built a hydroplane model of the Bolam's Express which is 40" long 24" wide.

Kath gave crochet lessons to some friends, made blankets for Project Linus, and helped out with VBS.

​

Our friend Cheryl and her daughter PJ came to visit us once a week.  We visited and got to know each other better.

​

Together we continued with going camping and boating, and visiting with family and friends.
